Outlast 2 is the sequel to the acclaimed survival horror game Outlast. Right now Outlast II is not available to pre-purchase on Steam or GOG, with a release date of April 25th, though the developers have confirmed that the game will cost $30 and that they have no plans to release any post-launch DLC content.
